This Shipping Policy explains how and when you can expect to receive your order. By placing an order on hdmpool.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 24 hours (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide from our U.S. warehouse. Shipping times and fees vary depending on the destination.

United States (Domestic)

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after the order is handed to the carrier
  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate calculated at checkout
  • FREE Shipping: On all U.S. orders over $100

International

  • Delivery Time: 7–25 business days depending on destination country and local customs
  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • FREE Shipping: On all international orders over $100

Please note that international delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

3. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier used for your order will depend on the destination and package size.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by the destination country. HDMPool is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to check the delivery status on the carrier's website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days after placing your order, please contact us.

6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. HDMPool is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
