Refund policy

At hdmpool (operated by Leebiz LLC), we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. As an authorized dealer of Rhino, we stand behind every product we sell. This policy outlines how cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
  • Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please follow the Return procedure below after receiving your item.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us at support@hdmpool.com with your order number.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery if it meets ALL of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • The item is not listed as a final-sale or non-returnable item (see Section 6).
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Important: Please do NOT send your return to any address without contacting us first. Return shipping addresses are issued on a case-by-case basis after your return request has been approved. Any return sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@hdmpool.com within 30 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
    • The reason for the return/exchange
    • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
  2. Our customer service team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
  3. If your return is approved, we will email you the return instructions, including the specific return address.
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping the tracking number.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: HDMPool will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Change of mind / wrong size or color ordered: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or model (subject to availability). The exchange procedure is the same as the return procedure above. If there is a price difference, we will either refund the difference or request additional payment before shipping the new item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

7. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for returns due to our error).

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days from our approval email:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@hdmpool.com.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
